Windows 10/11 devices not getting the monthly patches

Some Win10/11 devices not getting the monthly patches, they are stuck in the Feb 2024 OS build number, if I push expedite quality update profile to those devices, getting some errors like expedite client missing and end of service etc..i checked those devices have the updated health tools..Can anyone please suggest troubleshooting steps for those devices to bring them to latest versions... thank you

    To clarify the issue, please check the following.

    Verify Expedite Client

    1. Check for the Existence of Expedite Client: Sometimes the error occurs because the required Expedite client is missing. Verify if the Expedite client is installed.
    2. Manual Installation: If it's not installed, you might need to manually install it. You can typically do this via group policy or using software deployment tools.

    Software Updates

    1. Update WSUS (Windows Server Update Services): Ensure that your WSUS server is up to date. Old WSUS versions might not support the latest Windows 10 updates.
    2. Update Configuration Manager: If you're using Configuration Manager, ensure it's updated to a version that supports the Windows 10/11 version you're trying to install.
