How to limit the use of the computer only to game and mp3 shortcuts on the desktop? Windows 8.1

I would like it to be impossible to use anything else on my computer except the desktop, where I have a few shortcuts to games and mp3 files. First of all, I want to remove the ability to view files on the (system) disk and edit, delete and add new ones. I mean blocking the user from launching File Explorer and removing the Open File Location option from game shortcuts. I would also like to block the search engine option in the Start Menu and the one that is displayed when you move the cursor to the right corner of the screen (Windows 8.1). I don't want to revoke disk permissions because the last time I did it, I actually couldn't access the files by double-clicking on "local drive C" in ThisPC, but I could click "File Location" through the game shortcuts on the desktop and have full access to the game files located in ProgramFiles (x86) and I could delete/modify them, and when I wanted to enter the Read&Execute and Read option for the folder with game files, it also automatically selected the list folder contents option, which I do not want. If it were possible, I would like to completely remove FileLocation and Explorer on my computer (I removed Shortcuts FileExplorer and ThisPC from all places). Recently, I have been using regedit a lot with the help of guides, thanks to which I have blocked, for example, the Control Panel, so I hope that using regedit it would be possible to block the options I mentioned. I want to turn my computer into a console to play only games and music.

    Hello,

If you are using Enterprise version, we may try "Applocker".

If you are using Pro version, we could try "Software restriction policy".

If you are using Home version, I am afraid it may be difficult. We may consider to modification the permissions. Maybe try the "guest" account.
