If we repair OneDrive, will it delete non-sync files?

I want to repair OneDrive in order to sort the sync issue, My doubt is if we repair will it delete non-sync files?

I suggest you refer to this article, as the article said: "Important: You won't lose files or data by resetting  OneDrive on your computer. Resetting OneDrive only disconnects all your sync connections (including personal and work or school). "
