I've to import users from an excel file and create new users in our domain. I need to update "domain". Any help, please.

This is a frequently asked question. Rather than give you a way to do this, you can find many ways to accomplish this with a quick search of the internet. Look for "Import Users Active Directory PowerShell Excel CSV". Pick one that suits your needs, or at least provides a framework from which you can tailor your own script.

FWIW, I have no idea what you mean by 'I need to update "domain"'.
