Cannot deploy the model as the resource location doesn't have quota.

Before deploying any model make sure to check whether the quota is available or not in your Azure Subscription.

Sample: I have Created and deployed the GPT-35 Turbo Model.

How can you view and request quota for your subscription?

For an all up view of your quota allocations across deployments in a given region, select Management > Quota in Azure AI Studio.

How to request increases to the default quotas and limits?

Quota increase requests can be submitted from the Quota page of Azure OpenAI Studio.

For other rate limits, please submit a service request.
