Curious if anyone knows how frequently the Engagement Score is recalculated or refreshed? In the network traffic detail, it notes that mine was calculated mid-November and hasn't been refreshed since then. Not sure if it's an accurate data point but it does open up a question on how frequently it gets updated and if a Founder/Startup needs to open a ticket to request a recalculation?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
The Engagement score is unavailable for accounts with Azure credit offers of $5,000 or less and will display “No score available.” For accounts with $25,000 or more in Azure credits, the score begins calculating within three months of program acceptance or credit approval. By month four, the score will populate, providing insights to explore and expand Azure usage.

Thanks for the update. However, your response did not address my question directly. I was asking specifically about the frequency on which the score is updated. Is there a process that runs daily to continually review and update it or does it need to be requested to be updated? I did speak with someone on the Founders team who is going to request another manual review of my account, so this question for me is no longer needed but still curious, given you have a ML type process (from my understanding) to calculate the score - does the process continually update the scores or does it only do it once and then requires a founder to request another update? thx for the info!

Apologies for the earlier confusion. The Founder's Hub Engagement Score is updated periodically through an automated process. However, in some cases, founders can request a manual review for a more immediate update.
