Android phone cannot register Intune.

My Cell phone is Samsung Galaxy 24ultra, HongKong version. Purchase at HongKong. I work at China mainland. I can register Intune with company account, but not have next steps to show enroll my device. Previous my cell phone can still use Intune, probably at Sep 2024 have issue to enroll my phone. It shows my phone not conform to company policy so not allow to enroll my phone. is this because Microsoft forbid Android devices in China mainland ? How to fix this issue ? I need use Teams for work.

Thanks for response. But cell phone is HongKong area version. It's has Google service install on my cell phone.

@Cady, thanks for the reply. But China mainland is not in the Android Enterprise supported country which means Android Enterprise is not supported when you use phone on this location.

@Cady, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For China mainland, GMS is not available. Android Enterprise is not supported. The only support enrollment method is Android device administrator enrollment.

But it is ending support on December 31, 2024. The suggestion for these devices is using MAM management instead of MDM management.

For your Teams access, is it blocked because your organization configure conditional access policy to allow compliant device to access Teams which will force device enroll into Intune? If so, you need to ask your admin to exclude your account to apply this policy.
