I am writing to escalate the issue I faced with my PL-300 exam scheduled for 3:00 PM on [5 December 2024]. Despite checking in promptly at 2:30 PM, as instructed, my exam was automatically cancelled multiple times, even after successful verification by the exam proctor. After three unsuccessful attempts, I contacted customer support and was assigned the case ID [12280633].
Today, I received an email regarding this issue. However, when I followed up with a Pearson VUE representative, I was informed that I would need to book a new appointment and pay the exam fee again.
This response is both disappointing and unacceptable, as the cancellation was not due to any fault on my part but rather a technical or procedural error on Pearson VUE's side. Asking me to bear the financial burden of rebooking is unjust and undermines the trust I have in your service.
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. Specifically, I would like Pearson VUE to:
