Unable to Access University Account Due to Authentication Issues

A few days ago, I enrolled at a university that uses Microsoft for authentication. I installed the authenticator app, but before I could back up my phone, it broke. Now that I have a new phone, I cannot log in to my university account because I do not have the authentication code. Is there any solution that can help with this issue?

    Are you end user (student)?

    If so, you may contact your school Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
