How to access Microsoft Azure? i am a student and i have academic email id still to able to access.

Question

i am a student of Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India, and i have my academic institutional email id and could access many microsoft websites like Words, Office and all. But here is a problem, I AM NOT ABLE TO USE AZURE as even if im logging in with my academic id. Its just showing "Unable to confirm your University ID", i dont know why this is happening?

KINDLY, help me with this.

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.
