Hi @Dasaraju, Chandra Sekhar Varma (External)
Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.
I understand that when you try to log in to your work/school account, you see different sign-in options. However, when trying to log in with your personal account, you are not getting the "Use my password instead" option; it is only showing the password less method.
Microsoft has introduced phone sign-in for Microsoft accounts, which allows users to sign in without using a password. Instead, users can add their account to the Microsoft Authenticator app on their Android or iOS device and then use their phone to approve sign-in requests. This process is more secure than using a password alone.
If you are adding your Microsoft account to the Microsoft Authenticator app on Android or iOS, you should enter your username as usual when signing in somewhere new. Instead of entering your password, you'll receive a notification on your phone. This is expected behavior.
Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that you have set up the Microsoft Authenticator app to sign in with your phone, not your password. To get the option to use your password instead of a password less method, you need to remove the "Send me a sign-in notification" option from the security info page.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
Thanks,
Navya
