The Test & Feedback Chrom Plug in gets Error When Creating a Bug with Attached Video

I'm using the Chrome Test & Feedback plug in, connected to my Azure DevOps Services. I've recorded a process that includes notes, imags and vides. When I create a bug, the bug is created, but the videos are not attachd and in the linkimage

Any ideas to correct this would be appreciated.
