Problems Upgrading Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2: firstly does not boot, then rolled back

I have a mini PC with Windows 11 installed. Today, the Settings Panel suggested to upgrade from version 23H2 to 24H2. There were not big problems with the version 23H2.

Thus, I proceed with downloading and installation of the Windows 11. This took much time, and when I looked at the screen, the BIOS menu was open.

I then switch off the PC and then on again. After some time, the windows logo black window appeared, but sometimes the BIOS menu opened again, without successful boot. The last time went well, although, but the installation of 24H2 rolled back.

Now, the PC is trying to install it again from 0%...

What is the problem with my Windows 11 installation? How may I proceed to prevent damage?

Perform a clean installation of Windows 11 version 24H2 by creating a bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool.

Back up your data before proceeding.
