Not able to sign in on new mobile

When I try to login into my authenticator app in my new device, it asks me to enter the code shown in my device to log in. But I can't. Since my previous mobile is not working and in this one I can't have a code without a sign in

    You can reset the MFA from portal with admin login. then go to Entra ID> Users> Search for user and click on it> go to left side pane click on authentication methods> Re-register the MFA.
