Error when signing up with Azure Portal

I am attempting to signup for Azure Portal, but I cannot verify my phone number...
Every time I attempt to verify by clicking either the "Text Me" or "Call Me" buttons, I get redirected to the failed to validate page:
I have tried both my numbers and my sister's to no avail... I didn't have this issue when signing up for my work account.
