Trusted signing identity validation failed without reason

Hi!

I started the identity validation process for an organization end of November and now got a mail that the verification has failed. The mail mentions that additional information about the status can be found on the Azure portal but there is no indication why the verification has failed.

The requirements for the verification have been met:

  • The mail address has been verified.
  • The company has been in business for over 3 years.

I assume that the required information could not be found via public records because there have been changes to the company in the last three years, but I would have expected that additional information would be requested in this case since there is no way to provide additional information proactively.

For the now failed validation I used the D-U-N-S. I have created a new validation attempt using the tax ID but it will probably fail again if we don't have the chance to provide additional information.

How can I proceed in this case to complete the validation process successfully?

Failed attempt: 3c0afdc1-225b-4fe8-9ed1-5324c89cd532
New attempt: f3b9f880-805f-45b2-82c2-9a49c0e37ed8

The public records the validation reviewed states that the organization was incorporated less than 3 years ago. At this time we can only onboard organizations that were incorporated more than 3 years.
