Hello Community,

I'm excited to tap into your expertise as I embark on a project to automate user management and VM assignments in my Azure Lab account! My goal is to enable everyone in my company to effortlessly book a VM from our Azure Lab resources.

Here’s what I’m aiming to achieve:

  • User Management: Create and delete user accounts in the Azure Lab environment.
  • VM Assignments: Automatically assign VMs to users upon request.
  • Email Invitations: Send automated invitation emails to users with their VM access details.

To streamline the booking process, I plan to use Microsoft Teams as the reservation interface. My idea is to trigger a Power Automate flow from Teams that would handle the requests to Azure Labs. However, I’m currently at a crossroads when it comes to crafting the actual request for user and VM management in Azure Labs.

If you have experience with sending requests to Azure Labs using Power Automate, or automating user processes in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions, tips, or any resources you can share!

Thank you in advance for your help!
