I accidentally purchased a pro upgrade on my laptop

HI, I stupidly purchased the pro upgrade on my laptop and wanted to know if it is possible to revert back to my home version and get a refund on the 99 dollars for the upgrade. or if i'm just stuck with it

If you purchased directly through the Microsoft Store then Microsoft Store will accept returns and exchanges for eligible products for 30 days from the date of purchase or download, as applicable.

Hello,

To revert back to the original home edition, it is recommended that you perform a fresh install of Windows 11 home and then just activate it with your previous product key.

Regarding refunds.

If you purchased from a retailer, contact him to see if you can get a refund.
