Errors with "Forbidden" and "Failed to execute Skype backend request GetThreadS2SRequest." by using API to get teams filesfolder.

I got the following error when I hit the API for the filesFolder in teams.

I looked at the FAQ but could not find the exact answer.

403 Forbidden
innerError":{"message":"Failed to execute Skype backend request GetThreadS2SRequest.","code":"AccessDenied"}

Background information is as follows.

  • We have been using Microsoft office365 for a long time.
  • The scope is as follows
"offline_access user.read team.readbasic.all channel.readbasic.all channelmessage.read.all files.read.all chat.read chatmember.read chatmessage.read group.read.all sites.read.all"
