We have been given $5k credits but can't get into Founder Hub to start using them?

We can't get into the Founders Hub - only repeated 'Loading', and only support is available AFTER you get into the hub. Clearly not built for startup founders who don't have time to troubleshoot all day looking for answers. Is there a solution to get support or do we give up?

    Try the following:

    Clear your cache and cookies. Clearing them may resolve loading issues.

    You can try using an alternative browser or opening a private/incognito window can help determine if the issue is browser-related.
