how to get pixel of UIImage in MAUI?

I create UIImage and how to get the pixel of (x,y)?

if the UIImage is 30*5 and I can get the pixels of the Image?

for example. if there is text A I will set the image to #000000 and the text color is #ffffff.

so the A 's color is rgb(255,255,255)
