Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I recently received an email from Microsoft regarding the renewal of my Microsoft Power BI certification. However, when I followed the provided renewal link, I encountered the following message:
"You'll need to earn this certification before you're eligible to renew it."
I believe I have already earned this certification, and it is still within the renewal eligibility period. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
