Error Code 0x80070043 typically indicates network connectivity or sharing permission issues.

Open Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings.

    Under Advanced sharing settings, ensure:

    Network Discovery is turned ON.

File and Printer Sharing is turned ON.

Also ensure both PCs are on the same network profile (Private).

Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters

Run "Network Adapter" and "Printer" troubleshooters

Make sure Firewall is not blocking.

In Start Search type services.msc, and hit Enter.

    Find the Print Spooler service.

    Right-click and select Restart.

Ensure the startup type is set to Automatic.
