Review MDM and WIP Settings: Ensure that the User Scope for both MDM (Mobile Device Management) and WIP (Windows Information Protection) is set to None. This setting can be found in the Intune Admin Center and might resolve the issue if it was previously set incorrectly

Clear Device Enrollments: If the device is already enrolled, you might need to delete all GUIDs under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Enrollments in the Windows Registry. This can help if the device is mistakenly recognized as already enrolled
