Azure Administrator Associate Exam Error

Hello Team ,
I have Registered for the Azure Administrator Associate and the Payment was done but the Exam slot wasnt booked and there is a error is Microsoft registrations are currently not permitted for ESHWAR BASHA BATHINI. Please direct any questions to your Pearson VUE Registration Center.

Please Resolve my Issue Regarding the Problem
