How to Decommision Dynamic 365 environment

Please help how we can decommision the Dynamic 365 environment. we are using it as a SAAS solution. we have cancel the Dynamics 365 Team Members, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition licenses. Do we need to cancel the subscription sperately or just by cancelling the licenses it will auto-decommisioned.
