I have a subscription for Visio Online and I use Microsoft Authenticator. I replaced my iPhone and I am no longer able to recover my Microsoft Authenticator account. I'm told to go to the administrator but it's Microsoft so I'm stuck in an endless loop. Suggestion to recover or write to microsoft because I pay in a vacuum and I am not able to cancel the subscription
