Changed phones and no longer access to Authenticator, how to I log in now?

I changed phones and did not have a backup to my accounts (had no idea that option existed). So I am now in the "infinity loop" with Authenticator in every sign-in option. I have tried all the suggestions I have been able to search for up to this point. How can I bypass Authenticator? Or is it possible to have a tech support turn off TFA in my account? I am the only account holder, therefore the only admin. Please help, this happened the day after I launched my company, and I have had no access to my files, documents or email for a week!!!
