i can not get access to my account for autenticator missing

The last week my wallet was stolen, o lose my phone and my credit card, i have to replace both, now i can not login on my account with the domain @onmicrosoft.com, but now once i try to login in to it, this is not possible because the authenticator app is required, i try with the steps and technical support and it did not worked either, i am able to reset the password for my account @onmicrosoft.com using my @hotmail.com account, but the authenticator is not leave me get it to it, if this is any way to disable temporally until i update my credit card payment to get access will be well or resync with my new phone shut be an good option. i hope you can help me ASAP. Thank you for the patient.
