Dear I am not able to login my account. I am getting "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." Error

I have tried new browser, incognito mode. Also i have tried using VPN. I remember my number but when i tried to get the code it give me "Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." error... please help me. I am from Pakistan. Also i have changed my password, while changing my password i go OTP from microsoft.
