Azure Account Locked: Unable to Receive Sign-in Code

I wanted to ask about Azure Portal. I cannot log in to my Azure account as my account has been locked. They asked for a phone number but when I gave it the message with sign in code never came. Now it just says "Something went wrong" with no further explanation.

Since I can't login with that, I can't open a support ticket with that account. I contacted general Microsoft support via online chat and got a reference number for this issue.

P.S. The tag I picked for this is incorrect as I didn't know which tag to pick. Feel free to adjust the tag if you can or tell me and I will do it.
