AZ-305 certificate not receive

I completed my examination on December 13, 2024, but I cannot find my certificate for "Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions."

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Hello Mohammad Noor Alam, Please go to your MS Learn profile and click the "Credentials" tab and make sure to select "View all certifications" option. Now, you'll be able to see all the certifications that you have cleared. Look for the certification for which you're trying to download the certificate and select the "View certification details" option present immediately below that certification. This will open up your certification that you can share, print etc.

I can see my previous certificate, but the AZ-305 certificate is not appearing. The pass status is visible, but the option to download the certificate is not available.
