Has anyone run into an issue when publishing their app through the partner portal and gets sent back with the following error message?

Technical requirement policies Notes to publisher
10.8.7 Financial Transactions - Pricing Please set a base price that is proportional to the value and functionality of the product. More info on pricing options is available at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/set-and-schedule-app-pricingTested devices: Microsoft Surface Laptop

All that the somewhat MS Support can tell me is that there shouldn't be an issue and to re-submit the app. I did this 3 times, and this is all that they give you. On top of that, the place that you change the pricing gets put into read-only and forces you to re-do the entire process since you cannot edit the pricing field. I have sent numerus emails to the reportapp@microsoft.com and no help and when they do email you, its days later.

We ran into this, got the same answer from support that they see no issue.

    STEPS TO FIX

    1. Click the "Resubmit Submission" button, even though you still have old price you can't change.
    2. Cancel "Certification" right after you see that the certification is in process.
    3. Now the "Read Only" state on pricing has been removed and you can edit the price and resubmit!
