In the first time I installed the microsoft authenticator, it sent me the code. After that, I removed the app and then installed again, and they required me to verify to log in, however, I'm using the old device, no more device to receive the code. How can I verify even I still can not log in to the app?
It is very important because I cannot change my drive password, my laptop PIN, etc. Please help me solve this issue
