Entra Connect Health Agent Unable to Access Microsoft URLs

We are using a proxy to allow Entra Connect to contact Microsoft URLs. The proxy is well configured in the machine.config file for Entra Connect, and synchronization works without any issues. However, the Entra Connect Health agent is still unable to contact Microsoft URLs.

The command Test-AzureADConnectHealthConnectivity fails.

The Microsoft Entra Connect Health Agent service is running.

    Please note that proxy configuration for Entra Connect health agent is not in the machine.config file.. You have setup proxy using the following commands mentioned in the following MS article:

    Change the agent proxy configuration
