Can't verify my phone number during Azure account creation

During the Azure account creation, I need to verify my phone number.

My billing country is Czech Republic but I don't have Czech Republic phone number. So, I use Use a different phone number to verify your identity. to use my french number. User's image

But when I click on either text me or call me, I had the same error message

Right now, I don't have another phone number to try with it.
