How to cancel or transfer subscription

Question

I subscribed to Azure free trial with my university account.

the subscription was successful, but when I tried visiting the azure portal I noticed I wasn’t able to access it due to my university access restrictions.

i want to either cancel this subscription or transfer it to my personal email address. As I can’t access the azure portal itself, I have no clue how to do it.

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.

Par rapport à ce que vous décrivez je vous invite à voir avec votre école afin de voir les restrictions qu'ils ont peut-être mis en place ou sinon vous pouvez essayer de contacter le support Azure ou en les contactant via Twitter à SupportAzure.
