Help, my authenticator app isn't working

My student account doesn't work. I'm trying to log into my <Mod remove PII>@<Mod remove PII>.edu account and when it tries to connect to my authenticator app, nothing shows up. Please help ASAP, my first semester starts soon and I haven't gotten anything done because I can't log in.

    Are you end user (student)?

    If so, you may contact your school Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
