Why am I receiving an error that says my account is not associated with "Microsoft Services"?

Has anyone received the error below when trying to log into the 'Azure Pricing Calculator'?

I'm 'all-of-a-sudden' receiving the following error when trying to sign in:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '23523755-3a2b-41ca-9315-f81f3f566a95' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

I have used the calculator for years. The most recent use Feb '24 - Aug '24. I tried to login this past week for the first time since August and I'm met with the above error. This message reads to me as my account was removed from a Microsoft tenant which I have no control over.

    its most likely an account issue

    Try the following:

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    • Try to use an account added to the tenant and not a personal or guest account
