I am the global admin for my account. While migrating phones Authenticator app did not move any of the codes. I logged in with the email into Autheticator app.. now i have 1 code for email, but none of the other (Google Auth logged the same way, worked perfectly).
Now I am trying to login into my admin.microsoft.com says the password is wrong. I am trying reset.- says to contact the global admin. But i am the global admin.
It lets me in by seems there is a privilege..
The portal encountered an issue....multifunction..

Once I get to login i have the message:

No way to contact support. Office admin panel does the same thing.
IT legs me in, but without any admin function.
