Hello,

I'm facing a strange problem, some users (not all) 5% are getting a message when connecting to the RDS farm from the thin clients

The thin are configured correctely, the INI file has the configuration to the RDS farm.
When the yurn ON the client, you get to the main page with the shrtcut to the RDS Farm.

Looking to the users profils, I saw that they are severalprofils for the same users with %username%.domain or %username%.domain .000.....001...002.

The profillist registry is correct NO (.BAK).

The workarround is to delete the user profil and to let it connect again.......But the next time the problem comes again.

I tried also to replace the folder c:\users\default with a good one but the problem persist.

Also I have a GPO to do the terminal services cleanup every 2 days.

The RDS Farm has: One Broker and several session hosts (servers 2008R2)

Thank you

    Hello @Berkani49

    1. Do you have roaming profiles in place? Or, UPD has been enabled?
    2. Have you check security permission on C:\Users\Default folder? How about reapplying permissions on the folder?
    3. How about restarting the broker service?
    4. Is the server C drive full ?
    5. Besides, please check application event for source about user profile to find relate event.
