- Do you have roaming profiles in place? Or, UPD has been enabled?
- Have you check security permission on C:\Users\Default folder? How about reapplying permissions on the folder?
- How about restarting the broker service?
- Is the server C drive full ?
- Besides, please check application event for source about user profile to find relate event.
