Unable to Validate Phone Number During Azure Signup

I am encountering an issue during the Azure signup process. When attempting to validate my phone number, I receive the following error message:

We’re unable to validate your phone number. Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup.

I have already tried the following steps without success:

Verified that the SMS verification code was entered correctly and not expired.

Ensured my phone number is formatted correctly, including the country code.

Tried with a different phone number.

Cleared browser cache and cookies and retried the signup process.

Checked the Azure status page for any ongoing issues.

Despite these efforts, I am still unable to complete the signup. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue, as I am eager to start using Azure for learning and exploring its services.

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.

Rather to the registration through your cellphone, instead of laptop.
