Assistance Needed to Restore Access to School Account
Hi Support Team,
I recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16 but did not back up the accounts in my MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) app beforehand. One of the accounts added to the app was my school account.
When I attempt to access my school account on my laptop, I do not receive the notification or code needed for authentication. I am, however, able to receive codes for my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, the issue persists only with the school account.
As my classes start in January, it is important that I regain access to the school system as soon as possible. Could you please guide me through the steps to resolve this issue?
