How to Reschedule Power BI , Certification exam?

Question

I had my exam scheduled on 26 Dec at 7 PM , all the mandatory check in are completed on time and I have joined exam half an hour before itself . But , Automatically without attempting the exam , it asked to reschedule . Kindly please suggest or help how to reschedule it .
