We have been receiving emails with the following error message:

When these errors occurred, our service was functioning normally and processing traffic without any issues. We also did not notice any specific status codes related to these errors. Additionally, these emails are received randomly and not consistently. Can anyone help identify the possible reasons for this issue?

This issue is intermittent rather than constant. Everything functions normally until the error email mentioned above appears. One observation is that these emails are only being received for applications that are behind a load balancer. However, upon reviewing the load balancer logs, I couldn't find any anomalies in the SCIM requests—all SCIM requests are being processed successfully with a 200 status code.
