Not Able to View or download my certificate however its been more than 72hrs. of passing my examination.

I have passed an exam on 25th Dec for MS-102 certification but its been more than 24 hours and still I did not receive any email confirmation. I checked my Microsoft profile as well but the exam/certificate is not appearing in the past exams section.
Earlier also i have given multiple exams but did not face this type of scenario. Could anyone please help and let me know why is that happened
