how to create a directory in M365 Dev Program to register a new app

Hello,

I want to create an oatuh credential to access my email account and process some emails automatically

I went to the App registration page

https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_RegisteredApps/ApplicationsListBlade

And it says that I have to have a directory, that I can create one by registering to the M365 Developer Program

I already registered but I cannot find the option to create a directory

Could you please help me ?
