buongiorno a tutti e grazie in anticipo per l'attenzione,

ho comprato e assemblato un pc circa 1 mese fa, e tutto funziona correttamente

cpu: ryzen 5 7600x

gpu msi 1660 ti 6gb

ram: 32 gb corsair cl 36 6000 mhz

psu: 750w corsair

mobo: b650 eagle ax gigabyte

Windows Error Reporting:

+++ WER0 +++:

Bucket errato , tipo 0

Nome evento: LiveKernelEvent

Risposta: Non disponibile

ID CAB: 0

Firma problema:

P1: 1a8

P2: a

P3: 0

P4: 0

P5: 0

P6: 10_0_26100

P7: 0_0

P8: 256_1

P9:

P10:

premetto non sono molto smanettone quindi ho preferito chiedere aiuto a qualcuno di piu bravo, ringrazio in anticipo se ci fosse qualche soluzione, buona giornata a tutti. e buon anno.

    Hello andrea marocchini,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It seems you're experiencing some issues with your new PC build and connectivity in Fortnite. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Update Drivers:

Ensure all your drivers are up-to-date, especially for your network adapter and GPU.

    1. Network Settings:

Check your network cable and connection to make sure they are secure.

    Restart your router and modem.

Try using a different Ethernet cable or port on your router.

Disable any network throttling or bandwidth management settings.

    1. Windows Updates:

Make sure your Windows operating system is fully updated.

    1. Firewall/Antivirus:

Ensure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking the game.

    1. BIOS Update:

Check if there is a BIOS update available for your motherboard and apply it if necessary.

    1. System Stability:

Run a stress test on your new PC to ensure it's stable and not encountering hardware issues.

Use tools like Prime95 for CPU and Memtest86 for RAM to check for stability.

    1. Check Event Viewer:

Look at the Windows Event Viewer for any critical errors or warnings around the time of the issue. It might provide more specific information about what's going wrong.

    1. Power Supply:

Ensure your 750W PSU is providing adequate and stable power to all components. Although unlikely, a power issue can sometimes cause intermittent problems.

    1. Try to reinstall the game if the problem persists.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
