I am getting error while verifying mobile number on signup for azure services

Question

While signing up on azure and verifying an Indian mobile number , I am getting this error
We’re unable to validate your phone number.
can someone please check whats the issue here?

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.
