Black screen when connecting to a Virtual machine in azure

When I RDP to my virtual desktop i get a black screen and can't see the display

    Hi @Jeremy Morris ,

    were you able to connect via RDP to the Azure VM before?

    Have you tried to connect via RDP using a low display resolution (like 640x480)?
